The Warner Industrial Park is a new land release and only the second industrial park adjacent to the M1 in the Central Coast.  The nearest Industrial Park to the north is the hugely successful and fully released Morisset industrial park in Lake Macquarie Council, while the nearest to the south is Somersby, 20 minutes away at the southern end of the Central Coast.
